The former  Long Story Shorts International Film Festival has been previously known as Best Film Awads. The very first edition took place in the dynamic city of Cluj-Napoca, an emerging cultural hub in Europe and will bring the uniqueness of the online festivals into a well-known creative environment for all film enthousiasts.
